Eric did not installed all of the screws on the slats to the bunk bed. I didn’t realize this until he left. I called him about it and he claims that all of the screws were not in the box and he had to use two or three of his screws. I asked him why he didn’t advise me about missing screws and he didn’t have a response. I told him that he should have advised me about missing screws so I could make an informed decision. He kept saying that it never has been a problem and as long as a few doses are nailed down, that the mattress will be ok. My response was that I’m not concerned about what others have or haven’t said but that I’m not ok with missing screws. This is unacceptable. He was here 2:30 hrs and work is still incomplete. He claims that he will call me to put in the screws but now why would I trust him to come back when I couldn’t trust him to do the work properly the first time. I’ve bought furniture from rooms 2 go for many years and I’ve never had an experience where there were missing screws. Do upset. Only three out of 13 skate have screws and that’s just on the bottom bunk, I haven’t check the top bunk.

Sorry for your inconvenience, Due to your product missing the specified parts (screws) we were still able to secure the beams in the most important structure of the entire frame. The manufacturer of this product will be the issue of the missing screws for the handyman to complete the task. We are will be able to complete the rest of the task soon as you get the rest of the proper size screws from manufactor of the product you purchased! Thank for you time and concern, and again our apologies for the misunderstanding!
