- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in honest and transparent pricing, no surprises. We offer free estimates and no travel fees. Our pricing depends on the type of service and the parts required, but we always explain everything up front. We also run seasonal promotions, like up to 25% off new garage doors or spring replacements. Just ask we’re happy to work with your budget!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer reaches out, we start by listening to their needs and asking a few quick questions to understand the issue. Then, we schedule a convenient time for one of our experienced technicians to come out, often the same day. The technician will inspect the problem, explain everything clearly, and provide a free estimate on the spot. If you’re happy with it, we can usually complete the job right then and there. We believe in honest pricing, professional work, and treating every home like it’s our own.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is made up of trained and certified garage door technicians with years of hands-on experience. We’ve completed manufacturer-specific training programs and stay up to date on the latest tools, safety standards, and repair techniques. More importantly, we believe in ongoing learning because doing the job right means never cutting corners and always improving.
