I personally have been doing construction work since I was a little kid and my family first moved to Texas from California almost 14 years ago and began renovating homes. I had the pleasure of contracting with Gordon Residential to uninstall a ceiling fan in my old apartment and and reinstall it at my new place. He was professional, punctual and way more affordable than other local service providers. He was also very flexible. The wiring wasn’t quite right in my new place and instead of telling me he couldn’t fix it he told me he would and did. Had my fan up working within fifteen minutes. I also had him do a couple of other quick jobs while there and again his price was very affordable. I will be using him next week for another home project and as often as possible. He’s knowledgeable, professional and responsible. The entire time he made sure to wear his mask and work safely while in my home. Thank you and see you next week for my next project!

Gordon was quick at installing 4 ceiling fans for me. Very professional. We did had a minor hick up with one of the fans but thats just the poor build quality of that room i guess.. He explained the issue to me properly and i will hire him again for future installation..

Excellent overall. Zoe and Rigo were responsive and displayed professionalism in finishing the work they started, despite a setback as the electric work was more challenging than first thought of. Zoe stayed late and longer to complete the work. He never complained and never asked for more than the agreed upon price. I would definitely use him on more projects that I need done around the house.
