ProReal DFW was recommended by a neighbor and we have since recommended ProReal DFW to other neighbors. The guys tiled our master bedroom to match our other living areas, the updated the shower tile in our guest bath and finished a kitchen project by adding a lovely tile backsplash. In working on the bathroom, they took it upon themselves to update the shower plumbing while the wall was down. They said this is what they would do for their own home and the thought was appreciated.

Excellent customer service and top quality workmanship. ProReal DFW always did what they say they would, when they said they would do it. Stephan touched base with us each day prior to work start to ensure we were kept informed and that the scope of work was fully understood by all parties. Also had some great suggestions for improvement, based on extensive experience in this business. Will do business with them again for sure and would highly recommend them.

Stephen was wonderful to work with. We are so happy with the quality of work they did on our home. Very customer service driven, if there was ever a question he would answer throughly. Would highly recommend!
