For our first house we wanted to do things right. We hired Revive and Renew to help us build our vision. With conflicting ideas and blurry visions, RR were determined to help get us where we needed. What started as a small remodel turned into a whole house remodel with new kitchen, windows, flooring, doors, you name it. They were beyond flexible with even adding things along the way as things popped up. One thing I want to highlight is their timeliness and punctuality. They told me how long it would take, and even with a small delay because of parts on our end, they still finished on time. If you are looking for any kind of home remodel please consider R&R, they are the real deal. And I want to give Cesar a special shoutout for going above and beyond for us. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing typically is an "all-in" pricing, which we don't expect to change after it is presented.
However, if there are changes or surprises, we make it a priority to communicate with our customer and work through all of the possible solutions to save time and money.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically start with a brief phone call or set of texts/emails. We set up an in-person consult so we can fully understand the needs of the customer. From there depending on what is needed, we will either work with the architect and/or designer and start to create our bid. Our bids are then presented to customers in person.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Cesar has an Engineering degree from Texas A&M, with a minor in Engineering Project Management. He also held a job in project management prior to transitioning to Revive & Renew full time. Cesar also is apart of the accredited NARI (National Association of the Remodeling Industry), and NKBA, National Kitchen & Bath Association. He is a Remodeling Specialist through the NKBA's certification program.
