- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing typically is an "all-in" pricing, in which we don't expect to change after it is presented. However, if there are changes or surprises, we make it a priority to communicate with our customer and work through all of the possible solutions to save time and money.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically start with a brief phone call or set of texts/emails. We set up an in-person consult so we can fully understand the needs of the customer. From there depending on what is needed, we will either work with the architect and/or designer and start to create our bid. Our bids are then presented to customers in person.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Cesar has an Engineering degree from Texas A&M, with a minor in Engineering Project Management. He also held a job in project management prior to transitioning to Revive & Renew full time. Hector has been in the construction industry for about 20 years. He has experience in nearly every aspect from flooring installation, framing, masonry, to tiling and prepwork.
