- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We always want to be the best available option not only in cost but also in the quality of work. We will provide a detailed offer based on the scope of work. Our pricing is simple and all inclusive. Our first offer would never change during the course of the project regardless of unexpected developments.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First a phone conversation for briefly discussing the nature of the work and to set up an appointment to visit the site either same day or anyday/time at your convenience. Then, we give an itemized, clearly described offer the same day. We know that typically no two jobs are the same so we strive to get as much detail as possible from every potential job. We prefer to look at the property/project to ascertain what exactly is entailed to achieve the best results for our customers. This allows us to give the best possible price to our customers and never have to add extra costs at the end.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Some of us on our team cut their teeth in the construction business at a young age working summers and holiday breaks for the company either our fathers founded or the company whose owner our father's knew.
