The app only let me choose three "compliments" for the contractor but I genuinely wanted to choose all of them. They were immediate with their communication/responses, punctual, a fantastic value, great workmanship, and professional.

First off, they no showed no called on the first scheduled day. When I messaged them, they stated there was rain in the forecast and they could not do it, that's fine but you did not communicate with me. Then they rescheduled me for the next day they had available, and they did it again. No call no show, when I called them, they asked me if I confirmed, my response is you did not ask me too, you told me I was scheduled. Then Monica laughed at me and said she was going to terminate the job, why because I called you out on your errors, not my errors.
