I was skeptical about hiring Albert because I'm at the age where I read reviews before making any decision, and I didn't see very many. However, I decided to let my guard down and give his business a chance, and I'm so glad I did!
Albert is responsive, professional, and immediately put my mind at ease. My Kenmore washer suddenly stopped working, so I reached out. He responded within five minutes, provided a quote by text that was extremely reasonable, and had my washer repaired in less than an hour.
What impressed me the most was his integrity. Not only did he fix the issue, but he also explained exactly what had caused the problem and showed me how to fix it myself if it ever happens again. Also told me that he would come back out if I needed him. Most people would keep that information to themselves, but Albert genuinely wanted to help.
