I was skeptical about hiring Albert because I'm at the age where I read reviews before making any decision, and I didn't see very many. However, I decided to let my guard down and give his business a chance, and I'm so glad I did!
Albert is responsive, professional, and immediately put my mind at ease. My Kenmore washer suddenly stopped working, so I reached out. He responded within five minutes, provided a quote by text that was extremely reasonable, and had my washer repaired in less than an hour.
What impressed me the most was his integrity. Not only did he fix the issue, but he also explained exactly what had caused the problem and showed me how to fix it myself if it ever happens again. Also told me that he would come back out if I needed him. Most people would keep that information to themselves, but Albert genuinely wanted to help.
It's rare to find someone who is honest, knowledgeable, cost-effective and truly cares about their customers. I highly recommend Albert 1000%! If you're looking for reliable, reasonable, quality appliance repair, you won't be disappointed.

I had an excellent experience with Albert!! He came out to install my TV and did a fantastic job from start to finish. He was punctual, professional, and paid close attention to every detail. He made sure the TV was mounted securely, perfectly level, and took the time to hide and organize the cables for a clean, polished look.
He was respectful of my home, worked efficiently, and answered all of my questions along the way. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about delivering quality results.
