Strictly speaking from todays experience and impression; they were a very strong, sharp and impressive tandem, managing the front end business requirements(wife) of pricing, scheduling and coordination in a highly efficient, timely, intelligent, CLEAR and articulate manner. The actual services performed were no less exemplary with the engineer(husband) managing the work order with the utmost ease, skill, precision, PATIENCE and focus. In other words, don’t be dis-swayed by the ‘handyman’ categorization, these guys are top tier specialists at the services they provide. It was a small project involving bathroom faucet and cartridge replacement, however one would well have thought this to be a much larger job given the preparation and attention to detail afforded myself (the customer). I’m an IT contracting engineer by trade so I know precisely what to look for in these situations regardless of the underlying technology involved and I can 100% guarantee that this was and IS as good of a contracting experience as you’ll ever hope to receive from a Thumbtack referred vendor.
