I reached out to Miguel’s Assembly in August of 2023, about a week before the outdoor swing set was shipped. Unfortunately, the app timed out before I completed my review, but I thought the 5 Stars went through, but it hadn’t. You see, I live in Florida, but the installation was for my grandkids near Dallas, Texas. Miguel was very responsive to my messages and once selected, he adjusted his plans to perform the installation on the date of delivery. He was prompt, arrived when promised and worked throughout the afternoon to complete the job the same day. It was dark when he finished, which demonstrated his commitment honor his word to have it done the same day. Miguel was courteous and professional, and offered to return for any issues. I’m a little picky and since he finished after dark, asked if he could return to adjust the vinyl cover on the top and a couple of minor issues. Miguel corresponded directly with my daughter to setup a return date. Great job!
