The person was very professional and very knowledgeable about the situation. He did the job quickly and was very knowledgeable about how the situation was handled. He also made sure he was working on the right washer and brought all the right tools and equipment to professionally installed the new parts. My washer is working well again. Thanks to the professionalism of my technician.

I had an issue with my washer and contacted Carlos to take a look at it. He tested it cleaned out up and found no issues. However, once I got it in the house and ran a true cycle, it started leaking. I immediately reached out to Carlos and he came right over.
He was able to duplicate the problem and discovered there was a leak with the jets and the needed to be replaced. I was able to find the parts, and Carlos said he would come back and replace everything for me.
Regarding the leak: I didn't fault Carlos at all. This particular model does not use the jets on the test cycle. What I was impressed by, however, was his immediate response to my issue, finding out the problem, and offering to change it the parts for me.
5 Star service. I'll be seeing him again soon.

Carlos was very knowledgeable and explained the issue as well as the solution to repair my washing machine. He also answered my questions on another appliance unrelated to the work he completed for me. He was very professional and polite.
