- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All prices that are quoted to the customer include any materials, fuel cost for traveling, As well as labor. When the customer books more than one job or even if it’s an ad on service they receive a discount for that extra service
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will ask the customer for their email address phone number as well as the address of where I will be performing the work it gives me multiple points of contact for the customer. Also it gives me a way to send any invoices that I needed to send
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Education and training combined I have experience in replacing faucets, painting, under the sink plumbing, leaking bathtubs, garbage disposal’s, deep cleanings both construction as well as residential and commercial places
