I recently hired this handyman service to help with a variety of small home repairs, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From the initial consultation to the final touches, the team was prompt, professional, and courteous. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and demonstrated a high level of craftsmanship in everything they did, from fixing a leaky faucet to patching drywall and installing new shelving.
One thing that stood out was their clear communication throughout the process. They explained what needed to be done, gave me a reasonable estimate, and stuck to the timeline. I also appreciated how they cleaned up after the job and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left.
If I had to offer any constructive feedback, I would suggest that they consider expanding weekend availability for customers who work full time during the week.

Outstanding Service from Hank the Handyman and Team.
I had the pleasure of working with Hank the Handyman. Who was sent to replace the front door of my home with one I had purchased and I have to say, the entire experience exceeded my expectations!
From the very beginning, Hank stood out for his professionalism, work quality and value. He was friendly, outgoing, and a wonderful Representative of the Company. His skill level was immediately clear. He removed the old door and installed the new one with precision, speed, and care. The finished result was top notch, and you could tell he takes pride in doing quality work.
What I really appreciate was the overall value. The labor cost was extremely reasonable, especially given the high level of service. Hank also went the extra mile by cleaning up thoroughly and offering to haul off the door at no additional charge. That level of courtesy and attention to detail made a lasting impression.
The Co. Behind Hank should be proud. They clearly invest in professionalism and training and it shows. The quality of workmanship and customer service reflect a business that truly value it's clients.
If I could suggest anything, it might be to include a quick follow-up call or message from the Company itself to check in after the work is done. Even though everything went great, that extra touch would take the Customer Experience from excellent to outstanding.
Overall, I'm extremely satisfied and have already recommended Hank and this Company to others. I'll definitely be reaching out again for future projects!
