- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a $120 trip/diagnostic fee for smaller service calls, which covers travel, inspection, and initial work time. Larger projects such as carpentry, remodeling, and custom builds are priced by estimate or bid based on scope, materials, and labor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick conversation to understand the project, followed by an on-site visit if needed. For smaller jobs, we can often complete work during the initial visit. Larger projects are quoted with a clear scope, timeline, and cost before starting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a strong background in hands-on technical work, construction, and problem-solving, with experience in carpentry, drywall, fixtures, and home repair. I focus on clean, durable work and practical solutions that last.
