Hired on Thumbtack
This company is fraudulent. I called two weeks ago to schedule service for this morning, April 26 2025. I explained my situation, and they said they were willing to work with me and my budget, and they would give me a call the day prior. 4pm came around on Friday, and I had not heard anything. I had to call to confirm, and was told they would be arriving at 9am. This morning, I texted details regarding the move and received no response. 9 am. came, and there was no sign of movers. 9:20 I texted, asking them to let me know when they were on the way. I didn't receive any response. If you didn't want to complete the job, you could have communicated that. Now I'm left scrambling, trying to find someone last minute. This company is unprofessional and should be reviewed by thumbtack to ensure they are even a legitimate company.
