The prices SEEM fair BUT they're not. He sent me a price for toilet replacement which didn't include haul away(lessons learned semantics as most include that) so I had to pay more to get him to haul the old toilets(which he still lazily left the toilet tank in the new toilet box despite paying) this was after a several minute back and forth with him that DALLAS DOESNT TAKE TOILETS IN THE TRASH they will not pick them up at all they must be taken to the dump. He originally left the toilet in front of my house I told him they won't pick it up and he wanted to argue smh. He than installed the toilet incorrectly there was a sewer smell in the entire bathroom. I ended up having to pay a reputable company to come out and reinstall the toilet and I haven't had an issue since. Do yourself a favor and run nobody should have to deal with an unprofessional plumber that also doesn't know how to install something as simple as a toilet.

I had work done by a company three months ago to install four toilets, but only two were delivered. The agreement was for the final install to be done once the remaining toilets arrived. However, we recently noticed a leak in one of the installed toilets during ongoing electrical work at our residence. I contacted the company and they promised to come later today, but when I called again to check on their ETA, my line was blocked. I have already paid for their services and cannot believe they would act in such an unprofessional manner. I strongly advise against hiring this company as they are scammers.

I’m really disappointed to be writing a poor review. To be honest, it was great working with Nate. He installed 2 new faucets and set a new toilet. He wasn’t able to finish the toilet because we needed to replace the water stop. Despite that he was really friendly, had fair pricing, and did a great job with the work that was completed. He agreed to come back to replace the stop and finish the toilet; We scheduled a date and time and alerted all our neighbors the water would be shut off. Nate never showed. He didn’t call and has not responded to any of my messages. I truly hope he is okay as I cannot fathom completely standing up and ignoring clients that were depending on a service. :(

Luis removed a toilet and installed a new one for me. He's a good communicator and is very professional. He asked all the relevant questions the day before our appointment so that there would be no surprises. For instance, he had me check that the shutoff-valve was working (and explained how to check). He arrived on time (early, actually) and did the job quickly with no mess. He's also very affordable. I will hire him again for all my plumbing/pipes needs.
