Hi, I’m a maintenance technician with 5 years of experience in plumbing, electrical, and minor home repairs. Recently I’ve been focusing on dishwasher installations, fan installations, and garbage disposal troubleshooting and replacement.
I also handle a variety of small plumbing jobs, including clogged bathroom sinks, drain repairs, toilet repairs and installations, and sink or faucet replacements. On the electrical side, I can help with basic switch and outlet repairs.

I had what I thought was a garbagedisposal problem and reached out to Sunny Construction to come out and repair. I received a response within the hour on his availability. Raphael arrived on time and assessed the garbagedisposal issue which turned out was a drain issue. He was able to fix the drain quickly, he cleaned up behind himself, his work was good quality so I knew I’d hire him for other projects. He came back the next day to replace the exhaust vent in the guest bathroom. Exceptional work, cleaned up behind himself and his prices are reasonable. For what he charged to the exhaust vent I would have paid more than double that at Home Depot. If you have home project contact Sunny Construction!
