We reached out to Technifast Smartfix and spoke directly with the owner, Luis, about our refrigerator issue. We had already tried another technician who couldn’t resolve the problem, so we were feeling frustrated. Thankfully, Luis came in and got our fridge working right away while we waited for the necessary sensor to arrive. I was so relieved—especially as a parent—to have food and milk safely stored for my little one! While he was here, I mentioned that our air conditioner also wasn’t working properly (because of course, when it rains, it pours!). Luis didn’t hesitate—he diagnosed and fixed the AC issue the same day! And in this heat, that made a huge difference for our family.
