We both really liked Patrick the owner. He lent to us a collection of large samples which helped us a lot. He explained several important issues we needed to consider. We really wanted to use him but his quote was much higher than other quotes we had gotten. I’m sure he would do fine work for anyone who uses his company.

Overall great experience! We needed to replace carpet in multiple rooms, but didnt quite know what we wanted (or needed). Patrick was very knowledgeable, listened to our wants and needs, brought multiple samples for us to look at in the space, and didn't shy away from making a personal recommendation (which we ultimately went with and absolutely love). Getting installation scheduled was not instantaneous but we got something on the calendar within the week. The install team was amazing (arrived on time, handled moving most of the furniture, and finished the install earlier than I expected). Install was completed approx 4 weeks ago and we couldnt be happier with the look and feel of our new carpet!

We also strive to give you an amazing customer experience at such high levels we only employ the best installers and design team. We do have financing options available and with over 3000 samples available, we can work within your budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer the in-home shopping experience. One of our design associates will show up at your home with a van containing over 3000 samples. You will see larger samples in your own home with your own color schemes and lighting. Our experts will help you pick the perfect products for your long term happiness. Once a selection is made, we handle the rest. Ordering material, prepping the space, and installation. Our goal is your long term happiness in your flooring!
