- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We keep our pricing clear and honest. Every home is different, so we do not believe in flat pricing. The cost depends on the size of the space, the condition of the subfloor, the type of hardwood you choose, and how detailed the job is. We provide a detailed estimate so you know exactly what you are paying for. No hidden fees and no surprises. Our focus is doing the job right the first time so you are not paying for repairs later.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we talk about what you are looking for and your budget. Then we come out to measure the space and check the condition of the existing floor or subfloor. Next, we help you choose the right hardwood and finish for your home and lifestyle. After that, we provide a clear written estimate and timeline. Once the job starts, we show up on time, keep the area clean, and stay in communication. At the end, we walk the job with you to make sure you are fully satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience comes from decades of hands on hardwood flooring work. We have worked through just about every situation you can imagine. Over the years, we have stayed up to date with proper installation methods, moisture control, and finishing techniques. Most of what we know comes from real job site experience and solving problems the right way.
