- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have fixed pricing. However we offer specials from time to time so be on the lookout! We definitely provide any specials or discounts being offered when sending out quotes to potential clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each session or design project begins with a consultation. We want to know our client and strive to make sure that their ideas are clear in the final product.
