- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices quoted through Thumbtack are a starting price. Once you contact me about scheduling a shoot, we will set a time to talk and I can give you a more specific quote at that time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always schedule a free pre-shoot consultation with each client. For headshot clients this is usually over the phone. For sessions involving kids, in addition to a call, we will schedule an in-person meeting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts. I studied photography extensively for my degree.
