I had a good experience working with Alex. There were two leaks in my hot tub, both of which needed a pump replaced. He recommended a replacement pump from Amazon - which I appreciated since he wasn't trying to upsell and make a profit out of the pumps. What seemed as a one trip service turned out to be at least 4 visits since two of the pumps had to be returned due to issues, which were only visible after they were installed. He had to install, uninstall and reinstall one of the pumps 3 different times due to this issue. Once the pumps were installed, there was another issue that needed to be resolved for which he had to order parts. Overall, it took about a month or so to get the tub working again, and about 5 different visits. Alex kept me informed the entire time on what was happening - even when we were not home. He was prompt in responding to texts and phone calls. At the end, he still stuck to his original quote for the service - I ended up paying him extra just for the parts that he had to order. I also liked that he was responsive and punctual - always gave me a heads up before he was coming in. I would recommend his services to anyone needing a portable hot tub service.

Alex with Tanks Tubs was such a blessing to come across. If you’re searching for hot tub repairs, you’ve most likely been burned before like me. Lots of promises and only sub par work. I was super skeptical from the beginning, but Alex couldn’t have done a better job for us. He came out really quickly, diagnosed the leak, and happened to have the parts needed on his truck from a previous job that weren’t used. All in all, he’s getting saved in my phone and will be the only person I call for hot tubs repairs or and maintenance in the future. Thanks Alex for being an honest businessman! 🙌🏼

Alex has saved my sanity with being a first time hot tub owner! He was so patient with the million of questions I had, communicated so well about scheduling and when to expect parts to be in. He has been reliable and great at showing proof of his work when we aren’t there via photos and videos. He has integrity and will only do work that is necessary and will explain thoroughly why it’s necessary. We bought a hot tub on FB marketplace and it instantly broke. Alex found the issue and even ordered the parts for us and we reimbursed him. He goes above and beyond for his customers! He even helped direct us to the chemical pack we needed and took time to explain why having certain chemicals is beneficial and what consequences could happen if the chemicals are not balanced correctly. Our hot tub is for our Airbnb and ever since Alex started working for us we have had only glowing reviews of the hot tub from guests! I cannot recommend Alex with Tanks Tubs Spa Repair enough for repairing and maintaining your spa!
