- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies from case by case. Most of the time we can get home owners insurance to cover the cost of our services. We do offer discounts to families in need during this difficult time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will meet you in person to give you a free assessment and quote. We help guide you through the process. We will assist you from beginning to the end. We live by the golden rule and treat you like family. We are here so the healing can begin.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our staff is trained and certified by OSHA to handle these types of scenes. Our staff consists of local fire fighters to ensure the safety and security of you, your family and your property. All employees have been background checked and adhere to the utmost of standards. BioTechs is a member of American BioRecovery Association, one of the most difficult associations to become a member. They have very high requirements and standards and most competitors in our field are not members. We are very proud of our membership with ABRA. Which provides the latest and most relevant training, information and guidelines for our field.
