I just want to say I am highly disappointed in the service I recieved. In 3hrs she only got to 1 restroom the living room and kitchen. No bedrooms and 2 bathrooms went unfinished. Half the hallway was not cleaned. No vaccuming was done, No window seals, and only the baseboards in the living room. Literally only 30% of the home was cleaned. That is unacceptable. This is not the first time we have gotten the house cleaned and in 3hrs usually everything is done. Also she stated 2 people were supposed to come but the other lady said she couldnt make it. The only reason we switched cleaners was because we wanted to try and buy black but this was a horrible experience. This is a scam do not purchase!

We understand you did not want to extend your time as some homes do require a sufficient amount of time to ensure everything is 100% cleaned. That is why we adjusted the price for you, if there is anything else we can do to make up for it we will be glad to do it.

Very pleased with the experience! The girl she sent over was super attentive and my place looks great! I now have them come every week! Lisa was very responsive to my wants/needs and couldn't be happier.
