Sorry that the service I provided was not what you expected and neither did I expect that the house was going to be beyond a disaster. Never once when we was discussing the things that needed to be clean did you mention I was walking into what I was walking in you just stated what needed to be done but fail to mention everything eles. I DO APOLOGIZE FOR THE THINGS that was not done but that because you left and I needed to wait till you arrived to do a walk through of what u felt needed to be done because stuff was everywhere and I wanted to make sure it was going in the correct space...and once we did that it was not a problem to fix the few things which was only like three things that you pointed out. I EVEN TRIED TO WORK something out and you was still not satisfied. I have never had a complaint and sorry it wasn't a good experience . BUT I ALSO FEEL THAT 140 was a great price as you stated you were paying 185 at first. And far as the second employee sitting in the car it was because she couldn't inhale the smell it was beyond strong from the cat and the mess and old food. MY goal is to make sure my customers are happy and I00% satisfied when I leave. I FELT the price was a great price for all the work never did I say I charge by the hour I have a certain price and thats the price you was giving. I arrived at 12:50 and left a little bit before 3:45. NOTHING was move or put up out way I had to put everything in a pile plus clean because you couldn't see the floors. BUT again Sorry that you had that experience and wish you would have let me fix it if it was really a problem.
