- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every home is unique. Prices are according to the size of the home and the size of the job to be completed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
- Potential clients fill out a questionnaire that we send out through text and/or email. - We then either schedule an in-home assessment or have client upload pictures. In-home assessments are best and allow us to give the most accurate quote. - Appointments can be scheduled 3 - 5 days out according to our availability. - 30% deposit is required up-front, and the remainder the day of the cleaning. *See our website for a full list of terms of service.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with families with small and teenaged children. We have worked with singles and couples who have a full social calendar. We have worked with business owners to keep their establishment presentable. We have worked with clients who rent out their spare bedrooms on Airbnb to clients who rent out their entire second home on Airbnb. We clean apartments, condos, lofts, flat and mult-level homes, as well as luxury homes. No job is too big.
