Needed a house that I was moving out of along with three dogs cleaned. Promise not only cleaned it to perfection but offered to be there the very next morning I sent the request. She even cleaned on New Year’s Eve morning. The house looked and smelled great, she was on time, and very responsive! You need her in your home!

I just needed a deep, thorough cleaning of my oven. Though she was running late, she let me know ahead of our appointment time and arrived at the time she re-set. My oven is spotless and I can finally cook without the house filling with smoke. I've already set a date to have her return for a deep cleaning prior to our housewarming/Holiday party later this month. I think she needs more protective gear (for herself) when using cleaners with lots of fumes. Poor thing was coughing for a while. I was happy to open doors and windows while she worked, but I felt bad she was breathing that in while scrubbing. Best money I have spent all year!
