- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a very flexible way to price our cleaning services, you can use our price calculator at x-actcare.com/book-now and check our most current prices. A regular house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms 1500 sqft, starts at $180.99 for weekly cleaning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our customers nowmally book online, then they get in touch with one of our customer representatives. We will be in touch to give you updates via text messages, phone calls and emails.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We train our cleaning specialists in two ways. The go through an onboarding training starting with an interview. Then we assign a basic training in which they learn about the different types of cleaning, products and the cleaning process depending on the type of property and extras customers can choose from. Finally, they start applying the knowledge learned onsite while being supervised by one of owr managers.
