I had a great experience working with them! They were quick to respond, showed up at the beginning of the 3 hour window they gave me and did a great job. They were professional and very knowledgeable. I would use them again and may use them for some duct work and siding work that I will be needing to have done.

After this company bid $1 for services on Thumbtack, the tech arrives and quotes us the most expensive "chimney cleaning" - all other bids were more than 4 times cheaper!! Our chimney is not anything out of the ordinary - I can promise you that - We just bought the house a few months ago, and the chimney was inspected as part of our professional home inspection. We also could not get our flue/damper to close. To repair this, he quoted us an even higher amount WITHOUT looking at what the issue was, or knowing if it could be repaired or needed to be replaced - and honestly he didn't even seem very confident that he could even fix it. Since the tech was already there, we just let him do the job (big mistake on our part).. After only 20 minutes of "cleaning" the chimney and maybe 5 minutes of "fixing" our flue/damper. He told us the flue was just off track and we need to be gentle when opening and closing it - BUT HE STILL CHARGED US THE INSANE REPAIR COST!!! The final total did not match the quality of work and service provided to us. He then gave us quotes for further work that needed to be done in the future (which was MORE complicated work than what he had just done - but was a FRACTION of what he had just charged us....). We were fully taken advantage of in this situation and do not recommend using this contractor without a FIRM price and understanding prior to completed work.

It is very frustrating to read this review since non of it is really true!! I message Sara I'll be more then happy to stop by to check the issue with the flute free of charge.when arrive Sara was not there,husband was he show me the chimney and told me the flute won't work.after checking it I explained that the entire flute and handle came of track.at that point I wasn't sure if it can be fixed or have to be replaced so I told him if I won't be able to fix I WON'T CHARGE.chimney and fire box were very dirty and needed to be cleaned for safe use.when finished explain Sara came in and husband ask to repeat the work needed to sara and I did.i quoted for the repair & cleaning and it is not 4 times more expensive then other contractors!!! It took me and my helper more then hour to repair and clean the chimney not 20 minutes as Sara claim.after cleaning and exposing the fire box walls,we fined some cracks needed to be fire blocked and water stains as a result of wrong size cap..after fixing the flute I show the husband how to work the flute without taking it out of track.that option was a lot chipper then replacement and flute worked perfect.i am probably the most honest contract you'll fined and same on you for saying I took advantage of you.
