Cody at the Haus of Sabo was PHENOMENAL! Not only did he give us our dream home, but he gave us our lives back. We can't thank Cody enough! My husband and I thought we could do it ourselves "DIY," and we were wrong. From crooked contractors to the permit process, we were in over our heads. Believe me when I say you DO NOT want any part of THAT process. Cody makes the headache a smooth one. We allowed him to take control completely, and although at times it felt like we were never going to get anything right... it all came together. Trusting Cody is something you CAN do.   • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Haus of Sabo works on a flat rate model. We feel this is the best way to give our clients the best understanding of the cost of their project. The price you see is the price you pay. No more and no less ( unless we are tackle things outside if the original scope work).

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We start with design and make sure to hone in on your project needs and ensure we meet function, aesthetic, and quality. We will then process to gather bids from trades. When design and pricing is tailored to your budget we will then start scheduling for your construction process.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I hold a Bachelors degree in Interior Design from a CIDA accredited institution. I am currently on track to become NCIDQO Certified and licensed. I have 10 years working in the remodeling industry from high end residential, hospitality and small commercial.
