I called Steve after a frustrating experience with my home warranty company. I had a leaking drain pipe above my kitchen ceiling that had been going on for weeks — the warranty company’s plumber misdiagnosed it on the first visit, then the warranty company denied the repair entirely.
Steve came out, quickly diagnosed the actual problem (a failed glue joint at the shower trap arm and wye assembly), and completed the full repair in one visit. He cut out the damaged PVC, installed new pipe with proper methods including primer and cement, water tested everything, and then patched the drywall, matched the texture, primed, and painted it to blend. The work was thorough and clean.
What impressed me most was the transparency — he explained exactly what was wrong, what he was going to do, and documented everything with photos. The price was fair and straightforward at $400 for both the plumbing repair and complete drywall restoration. No surprise charges, no runaround.

I had a leak and he came out to fix it. He had to do more work than initially thought needed to be done but it was amazing quality. Can’t even tell work was done from the outside. He was very communicative and punctual. Would do work with him again

Installed a shower door for us. Ended up being more work due to the prior shower insert not being installed on studs. Steve explained the extra work and made it right, including proper Sheetrock repair and paint.
