Luis and the Pro Painting team did a FANTASTIC job of lime washing and painting the trim of our house! They were incredibly kind, very prompt with responding, and worked with me to find the perfect color for the trim and lime wash. I am obsessed with how our house looks now! They even gave us cookies by his wife’s company who makes delicious and decadent cookies! We’re so thankful for this incredible team and hope to work with them for future projects!

This was a rescue mission. Luis and his crew were called in a panic because a previous painter, who had not done the proper prep before painting my kitchen cabinets, left my cabinets peeling. The previous painter stopped responding to my calls. We needed someone asap to fix the problem. Luis and his crew did just that and went beyond what I expected. Each member of the crew was professional, responsive, attentive to my questions and concerns, showed me what they were doing along the way and were very reasonably priced. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are fair. We do our prices by measuring the rooms, counting how many doors, windows sills you have to give you an accurate price. We send the prices the same day. If is a larger quote we take 1 to 2 days to send you the price electronically.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You will receive a copy of your quote electronically, if you agree to the price I will come with the painter to begin the job. I check on your job daily to make sure there are no mistakes. At the end we will do a final walk-though to make sure you are satisfied and happy with our work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
From the owner coming from a family of painters and drywall installers he had the opportunity to work with his Dad doing drywall in New York for 3 years and 2 years in the painting industry. With all of our project managers we train them every week to make sure they bring the customer satisfaction to your house!
