What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process begins with an on-site estimate where we take the time to understand your project, answer your questions, and discuss your goals. In most cases, we can provide a quote quickly, but for some projects we may consult with our paint representatives to ensure we are recommending the right products and solutions for your specific needs.
Once you approve the project, we'll work with you to schedule the work at a time that is convenient for your schedule. We'll provide an expected timeline, communicate updates throughout the process, and welcome any feedback along the way. Our goal is to make the experience as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Upon completion, we'll walk through the finished project with you to ensure everything meets your expectations. Once you're satisfied, we'll close out the project knowing we've delivered the quality service you deserve.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We train our painters and make sure to provide all necessary courses to stay current with industry requirements.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
While I was in college, I worked at the Sherwin-Williams plant in Garland, TX, where I learned firsthand how paint was made. Later in college, I won a business plan competition, and the prize money became the seed money to launch my first painting company. Since then, I've spent years painting for homeowners and businesses throughout Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW Metroplex); providing quality craftsmanship, honest communication, and dependable service.
