- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is lower compared to others because we are new to app and want to gain business. We are not new as far as Blue Mitt being a company. We do get charged for leads no matter if they choose us or not.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process for a new customer is to introduce myself and brother, let them know what Blue Mitt is all about and then get to know them. Ask how we can service them and their family. What is their main concern, what time window do we have to work, etc. New customers are easy because most of the people we’ve worked for in the past refer us to friends and family.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Crazy enough my jobs have always been manual work, some online courses for sales and marketing. I pieced everything I knew together to start Blue Mitt!
