FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is 100% transparent, all-inclusive, and based entirely on the physical volume your items occupy in our truck. To prevent unexpected surprises, our flat quotes include all labor, loading, cleanup, landfill disposal fees, specialized surcharges (if any apply), and Texas sales tax built directly into the price. We list all potential specialized surcharges upfront on our website (such as a $20 stair-carry fee for multi-story apartments without elevators, a $35–$50 EPA handling fee for cooling units/refrigerators with Freon, or a $20–$40 disassembly fee for complex furniture items). You can completely avoid almost all labor fees by staging your items curbside, in a driveway, or inside an open garage. We accept Cash, Checks, and all major Credit/Debit Cards securely via Stripe.
