Update:I wanted to update my previous review. I have changed my original 1-star review to 5 stars.After my initial experience, I received a phone call from the owner, who sincerely apologized for the inconvenience. They explained that the missed appointments were due to an unexpected surge in clientele, which caused scheduling delays.The service was completed today, and the team arrived and finished the job in a timely and professional manner. I greatly appreciate the owner's follow-up, communication, professionalism, and commitment to making things right.Although the initial scheduling issues were frustrating, I appreciate that they took responsibility, communicated with me, and resolved the situation. Excellent customer service is about how a company responds when things don't go as planned, and Texas Junk Brothers did just that. Based on how they handled the situation and the quality of the completed service, I have updated my review from 1 star to 5 stars and would gladly use Texas Junk Brothers again in the future.______________________________________________________________I do not recommend Texas Junk Brothers.I scheduled an appointment the week before for Monday, June 29, 2026, with an arrival window of 1:001:30 p.m. By 1:40 p.m., no one had arrived, and I had not received a phone call. Around 1:40 p.m., I decided to called to ask if someone was still coming. I was told they were running behind on their current job and that they would call me when they were on their way. I never received a return call, and no one showed up for my scheduled appointment.The next day, Tuesday, June 30, 2026, I called about the missed appointment. They apologized and rescheduled me for Thursday, July 2, 2026. Once again, no one called, and no one came.My time was completely wasted, and I was repeatedly given promises that were never kept. If the company was unable to provide the service, they should have communicated honestly instead of leaving me waiting twice. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Texas Junk Brothers.
