We used Contempo Construction to completely remodel our kitchen and partially remodel two bathrooms. Jonas the owner is super talented at design and suggested improvements from our first meeting - everything from simple furniture changes to improve our space to designing our remodel to be functional and beautiful. Living through a remodel is hard but the team was on time, very considerate and kept everything as clean as possible along the way. They completed our project more quickly than promised and within budget! We love the work that was done and are already planning our next project with Contempo!

I spent months looking for a contractor to redo my front porch. Most contractors didn't respond or said my job was too small. Once I got in touch with Jonas And his Team everything changed for the better. They came out and got me an estimate the day after I had called and sent drawings with breakdowns of every step of the job. Contempo was probably the best contracting company I have worked with, and I used to own a construction company. They were extremely responsive, very professional, and did a phenomenal job on the concrete. They kept in touch at every step of the process, sent pictures, and were straight forward with any challenges that arose. I highly recommend Contempo Construction and their quality craftsmanship. If their quotes come in a bit higher, trust me it's worth it.

we offer a free estimate to provide you with a detailed quote- once the contract is signed, we start with a 3D modeling and design and show you your results before we begin including your materials. We then provide a schedule for the construction and all detailed info for all of our active days toward your project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's degree from the University of Texas in Business. my wife has a degree in architecture and interior design from the University of Lima. We have more than 10 years of experience in the remodeling and flipping business and have built homes from the ground up.
