Well, I thought Cody was going to be different than my last contractor, but I guess not. He started on finishing a remodel of one bathroom and doing a full remodel of a second bathroom back in January. After months of increasingly poor communication, he finally told me the bathroom would be completed May 13th, since I wasn't going to be home I left the final check. I know, I'm an idiot for being trusting... but Cody talks a good game.I let Cody know there were some issues, and he said he'd fix them. He sent out Roto Rooter, but that didn't help. He had me pay a plumber $850 for some work on the house he said had to be done, but honestly I don't know what the hell the plumbers did because nothing changed except the front yard has a messed up hole now.Here it is, June 7th and my tub doesn't drain, the toilet won't flush, the shower has no hot water, and the electrical switch is messed up.Do not use this contractor.Update: Cody did fix the light switch and got the shower to have hot water. He then sent out Roto Rooter to jet the line, but they didn't do a good job so it backed up immediately. I had to pay another company to come out (the quote was $816 to fix everything, but were able to get it down to $500 and they gave me a year warranty). The new plumber let me know that the plumber Cody brought out to dig a hole not only didn't need to do that, but that it's not even level with the clean out and is just exposing the line to roots.After I published reviews and told Cody to fix the problem to have them altered or taken down, he agreed. But I never heard from him again, he never asked if everything was working and my guess is he knew they weren't.

Cody is the ultimate contractor! He and his reliable team are always ready to tackle any job, big or small. One of the best things about working with Cody is that they clean up after themselves at the end of each day.Ive had other contractors who claim to be able to do anything you want, but they never deliver. Theyll tell you their vision, but they cant draw up or provide you with designs, concepts, blueprints, or even a true cost estimate for the final project.Thats where Cody shines. Because of his attention to detail, there are very few surprises or hidden costs.Cody is a man of his word. If you meet anyone from his team, theyll tell you how loyal and admiring they are of him. Theyre mostly long-term employees.You wont regret choosing to work with Cody and his team.
