- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Service call 50$ (parts and labor not included) waived if hired same day. My rate is 85$ an hour(full hour only) + materials used for the repair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to introduce myself and get to know their system. I run through all zones and if theres an issue, Ill talk with the homeowner to explain the repair process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
4 years of products knowledge relating to irrigation and landscaping. Ive also taken LI class to get the license. I try to stay up to date with all new smart water products.
