They came an checked my system and repaired a couple of sprinklers heads that I was aware were defective. While inspecting my system they found a leak that I wasn’t aware of. The repairs were quickly completed and the costs were very reasonable. Would use them again in the future.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Service call 50$ (parts and labor not included) waived if hired same day.
My rate is 85$ an hour(full hour only) + materials used for the repair.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to introduce myself and get to know their system. I run through all zones and if theres an issue, Ill talk with the homeowner to explain the repair process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
4 years of products knowledge relating to irrigation and landscaping. Ive also taken LI class to get the license. I try to stay up to date with all new smart water products.
