FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a free 15-minute introductory consultation to determine fit. After that, sessions are paid and structured based on the level of support needed. I do not accept insurance, as my work is coaching-based rather than clinical therapy. My focus is on delivering high-value, results-driven support, not one-time conversations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I follow a structured, results-driven process: 1. 15-minute introductory call – We identify your current challenges and goals 2. Clarity & Direction Session – We define where you are vs. where you need to be 3. Strategy Development – I create a structured plan tailored to your situation 4. Ongoing Coaching Sessions – We focus on execution, accountability, and performance improvement My approach is not just conversation, it’s about building structure, discipline, and measurable progress.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a PhD in Cognitive and Instructional Psychology, with a research focus on resilience, performance, and the academic experiences of individuals with ADHD. My work is grounded in evidence-based frameworks, including cognitive development, behavioral strategy, and energy leadership. In addition to my academic background, I bring over 25 years of professional leadership experience in high-performance environments, where I’ve coached individuals and teams through pressure, transition, and growth.
