Late Arrival
I was told it would arrive 5-10 minutes before 5:30 PM, but it did not arrive until 5:33 PM.
This delayed our plans and affected our scheduled dinner arrangements.
Driver Was Not Given Proper Information
I was told the driver would already know our destination.
Instead, the driver went 10+ miles in the wrong direction.
We had to call someone inside the limo to correct the route.
This wasted time and miles that we paid for, even though the restaurant is less than 10 miles from my home.
Wrong Limo Sent
I was shown two limos via text: a black one and a white one.
I specifically requested the black limo, and the representative confirmed this was “no problem.”
Instead, an older white limo arrived, which was NOT the one I agreed to.
Poor Vehicle Condition
The limo that arrived had multiple issues:
Defrost did not work, and the windows stayed fogged — the kids could not see outside.
AUX connection did not work, so no music could play in the back.
One window did not work at all.
The limo was hot and uncomfortable.
Overall, the vehicle was not in proper working order and did not match the quality shown or advertised.
Misleading Communication & Contract Loopholes
The representative spoke as if everything I requested (including the black limo) would be honored.
Yet the contract cleverly included clauses allowing them to:
Send a different vehicle than the one requested
Avoid responsibility for delays
These clauses effectively protect the company even when the customer receives poor service.
This feels deceptive and unfair.
Positive Note
I do want to acknowledge that the driver himself was very kind and professional. My complaints are not about him.
