I try to stay on average or under the competition but I do want to be compensated for my expertise and professionalism.

introducing myself and addressing the problems that need to be overcome then discuss pricing
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have just hands on training and experience from my past working with my grandfather who built and maintained his own home
