Marco was an excellent technician who assured us what exactly was needed and did not exaggerate the issue or try to guilt us into paying for stuff we didn't need. This was for mold remediation and most other companies or technicians were charging absurd amounts and were trying to scare me into spending more.
Marco gave us straight answers based on his experience and has resolved the issue with exactly what was required. He answered all of our questions perfectly and gave us a realistic understanding of the issue. Overall, I felt I paid a fair price for the requested service.
We had a small amount of mold in a small closet. Pur360 gave us a price that was a lot less than others while delivering the service that was required.

Great experience working with Christine and Brendon at Pur360. They were extremely helpful and responsive. They took extra care to help us with our project when we met unexpected challenges. They explained the process and removal and helped us get comfortable moving forward with the repairs and moldremoval. Would recommend them for any mold concerns and removal!

I was very pleased with Pur360! I was given several suggestions of things that I could do myself prior to making an appointment. Afterwards, for my own peace of mind, I scheduled an appointment and was very pleased and thankful that mold/mildew wasn't found. Brendon was super professional & punctual. We thought we had black mold growing behind an old dishwasher that we were reinstalling. He came out next day,inspected it and the condo & advised it was inactive mold—just needed to be cleaned with Clorox spray (carefully) and were done.
No charge as he found nothing else to be done! How refreshing to find an honest contractor!! Would highly recommend!
