- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the service we provide. Your home is your sanctuary and you work very hard for the things you put into your home. I run specials at times but a lot goes into moving. It is more than just putting your stuff on a truck. I provide fantastic crews who are going to respect your home and take care of your items like they were their own.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I normally call my client and give them an idea of what to expect for moving day. I also like to come out and meet the client personally on move day just to ensure everything is going good for them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my Bachelors degree and I have 23 years of experience in the moving industry
