We understand how frustrating delays and damages can be, and we take both matters seriously. Regarding the damaged TV, we want to clarify that we always recommend using a proper TV box to ensure maximum protection during a move. In this case, the TV was packed by the customer using a thin blanket and shrink wrap, as shown in the photo she posted. As stated in our agreement, when customers choose to pack their own items, we cannot assume liability for any resulting damages. That said, we still provided compensation above the standard insurance allotment as a gesture of goodwill and to show that we stand by our customers even when the damage is outside our coverage responsibility. It’s also worth noting that the customer referred someone to our company following her move, which we took as a sign that she was initially satisfied with the service. The negative review was submitted only after we explained we could not fully replace a TV that had not been professionally packed, despite our efforts to provide compensation. It should also be noted this was a longer distance move, therefore weather, acts of God etc., may interfere with arrival out of our control. We always aim to provide honest, professional service and will continue to use feedback like this to improve. We wish the customer all the best moving forward.
