Jake and crew at Aplus Movers I will forever be beyond grateful for you! On Wednesday I had all my sons moving company do a no-show for my scheduled move.. By 3pm I had lost hope and as a last ditch effort got quotes from thumbtack and called Aplus Movers, told Jake how desperate I was and Jake promised that within 15 minutes he promised to call me back and that is exactly what he did, Aplus Movers had last minute movers to my house within 2 hours... The movers John and Chris did a wonderful job protecting the furniture, moving everything quickly and carefully. Nothing was damaged, no stairs hurt, no walls scuffed. I had a one bedroom with large furniture and a lot of big boxes moved 20ish miles in less than 4 hours. I recently had surgery and John and Chris also helped me unload some items that I couldn't lift. thank you everyone at Aplus Movers!! I am impressed, so thankful and promise I will be your best new customer.

BEST MOVING EXPERIENCE YET! Called Jake before my move and he was super nice and helpful- gave me an honest quote and it was very reasonable. Day of the move- Josh and Aaron came on time and worked fast to moved all my stuff (1 bedroom apartment ) - got it done in 3 hours! On top of that, they were pleasant, professional and probably the best movers I've worked with ever. They offered to take trash away for me, build whatever furniture I needed help with and even offered to help me move things around until I was happy with where everything was situated. Couldn't be happier with the service! SO WORTH THE MONEY! I would have had to contact multiple friends, pay them in dinner and it still would have taken 3 times as long to move.

They are reasonable, professional and hard working. David and Christian got me moved out and in with ZERO hassles and NO damage. This included very large, very nice furniture pieces and a king sized bed (which they took apart and put back together for me. Will definitely use again.

I would give this moving company 10 stars if I could! They came recommended by a Friend, so I figured I could trust these guys plus the Thumbtack reviews were great. I have used All My Sons out of Dallas a few times in the past and always end up with things missing so I was looking for a new mover. Not only did they wrap all my furniture, unlike the other company, they completed the job in about 3 hours less time. This saved me a substantial amount of money. Justin and Charles were friendly, polite and extremely helpful, working the entire time. I had moved up to Frisco for a short stay while a family member was at Dallas Medical Center and dreaded doing the move back to Frisco after having a bad experience with the last yahoos. Aplus Movers made what could have been another stressful day, a pleasant and nice surprise for a change. In all the years I have moved my dining room hutch, no one ever was able to remove the glass shelves so I worried that they would break (luckily, they never did). Justin took one quick look, turned the glass shelves upright and slid them out between the crack where the doors attach to the hutch. I can't believe that the previous mover did not know to do this, but then again, I don't think I dealt with professionals. I have just about unpacked everything and there is nothing broken. I can't stress how much different Aplus Movers was compared to the other company. Take it from someone who has had to move 6 times in about 12 years, these guys you can trust, pricing is better than others. The staff was great to deal with from the ones on the phone when I booked to the two young men who got me back to Frisco. TEN stars!!!

We typically charge on an hourly rate with some sort of trip/fuel charge depending on where the job is located and going to. We provide free no obligation in home estimates to our customers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we want to gather as much information about the move from the customer to give the best quote as possible, and plan for any possible snags that can be prevented before the move date. If the job is lager and more complicated we recommend sending the owner out for a free no obligation estimate to make a game plan with the customer, and provide a solid price for the move.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner has been the business owner since 2002. He has been around the industry since 1992 when his father opened up a moving company that is still running and serving the metroplex today. Jake has extensive training in the industry from the ground up. With this knowledge he is able to provide the best service to his customers and great training to his employees on proper transport methods.
