They could have better communication. Showed up with one extra person which is fine but was not told about in advance causing it to be more expensive than initially planned for. Could have been more respectful of my items and new home (scratched appliances, walls, broke furniture and other belongings). They also failed to tell us about the water line that was not removed from the old home for the fridge which caused issues and increased the time and was not resolved by end of day. Another person from their crew also showed up unannounced. Thankful for their help but took longer than it needed.

Wow! What a great group of guys! They moved our entire house to a 2nd story apartment in just over 2 hours (Theo rounded it to 2-hrs though). The quote said 3 movers but Theo helped too so really it felt like 4. I appreciated that when they carried the boxes on the dolly that when they got to the stairs they had one person at the top of the dolly and one at the bottom LIFTING these super heavy boxes to carry them up the stairs. Not one item was damaged at I will TOTALLY recommend them to anyone I know who needs movers. Now I understand why they had all 5 star reviews here mostly. No one was standing around or smoking or chit chatting. They were very professional and super hard working. Thanks so much y’all!

Theo with extra set of hands was a total pro when it came to helping me move a few items from my brothers house to my home in the same neighborhood. He was friendly, accommodating and helpful with some extra things I needed help with like installing a bed frame. He was very approachable was willing to do the job in short notice. I would recommend him for any moving job.
Details: 6-10 items • Side table / lounge table • Bed frame • Mattress • Less than 5 miles • Stairs to load items • No change in floors to unload items

Theo did an excellent job helping us get moved back into our master bedroom after a remodel. He was at my home within just a couple of hours of reaching out and totally saved the day. With everything going on and the contractors scrambling to complete our project, I totally forgot about movers! He came through and made it happen. We have an all hand made mattress. The thing weighs about 1000 lbs and he and his assistant made it look easy. Will definitely call him again for the next move!
Details: 3-5 items • Bed frame • Mattress • Mirror / painting • Side table / lounge table • Within the same building • No change in floors to load items • No change in floors to unload items
