Could not have been more pleased with this moving experience! Theo contacted me immediately and move was scheduled at a time that I needed. Responsive to text contact. Extremely organized and fast loading and unloading. Very professional !

They could have better communication. Showed up with one extra person which is fine but was not told about in advance causing it to be more expensive than initially planned for. Could have been more respectful of my items and new home (scratched appliances, walls, broke furniture and other belongings). They also failed to tell us about the water line that was not removed from the old home for the fridge which caused issues and increased the time and was not resolved by end of day. Another person from their crew also showed up unannounced. Thankful for their help but took longer than it needed.

We needed two couches moved upstairs. They came in and were done in 15 minutes. No scuffs or scratches and nothing damaged. I'm glad we didn't do it ourselves.

2 men & truck for 2 hr is $265 and $95 an hr after the 2, that includes fuel. Deliveries range from $100-$175 depending on the distance and if assembling is required.
